PRIVACY POLICY – PANTHER CARS
§1. General Provisions
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of transport services provided under the Panther Cars brand.
The Personal Data Controller is the entity operating under the Panther Cars brand, identified by Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7322215069 (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller").
We care about your privacy and discretion. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).
The Controller applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected.
§2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
We collect only the data necessary to perform the transport service (VIP Transport / Chauffeur Service). These include:
First and last name (for passenger identification);
Phone number and e-mail address (for contact with the driver and sending confirmation);
Pick-up addresses and route destinations;
Invoice details (Tax ID/NIP, company name, address) – if the Client wishes to receive a VAT invoice.
The legal basis for processing your data is:
Necessity for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) – i.e., execution of the ordered trip.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) – e.g., tax and accounting regulations.
Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) – e.g., pursuing claims or defense against them.
§3. Who do we share your data with?
Your data is confidential. We do not sell it to third parties.
The recipients of the data may only be trusted cooperating entities, necessary for the provision of the service:
Drivers – receive only the name, phone number, and route (necessary to execute the order);
Accounting office – for the purpose of issuing and settling invoices;
IT service providers – hosting companies and reservation system providers.
All partners are required to maintain confidentiality.
§4. How long do we store data?
Data related to the provision of the service is stored for the limitation period of claims (usually 3 years from the end of the year in which the service was performed).
Data appearing on invoices is stored for 5 years, in accordance with tax law requirements.
§5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the content of your data and rectify it.
Delete data ("right to be forgotten") or limit its processing (unless this conflicts with a legal obligation, e.g., tax).
Object to processing.
Lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if you believe that the processing violates GDPR regulations.
§6. Cookies
The Panther Cars website uses cookies to ensure the proper functioning of the site as well as for statistical (Google Analytics) and marketing (Google Ads) purposes.
