PRIVACY POLICY \u2013 PANTHER CARS\n

General Provisions\nThis Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by Users in connection with the use of transport services provided under the Panther Cars brand.\nThe Personal Data Controller is the entity operating under the Panther Cars brand, identified by Tax Identification Number (NIP): 7322215069 (hereinafter referred to as the \"Controller\").\nWe care about your privacy and discretion. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).\nThe Controller applies technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed data appropriate to the threats and categories of data protected.
\n\n\u00a72. What data do we process and for what purpose?\nWe collect only the data necessary to perform the transport service (VIP Transport \/ Chauffeur Service). These include:\nFirst and last name (for passenger identification);\nPhone number and e-mail address (for contact with the driver and sending confirmation);\nPick-up addresses and route destinations;\nInvoice details (Tax ID\/NIP, company name, address) \u2013 if the Client wishes to receive a VAT invoice.\nThe legal basis for processing your data is:\nNecessity for the performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) \u2013 i.e., execution of the ordered trip.\nLegal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) \u2013 e.g., tax and accounting regulations.\nLegitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) \u2013 e.g., pursuing claims or defense against them.
\n\n\u00a73. Who do we share your data with?\nYour data is confidential. We do not sell it to third parties.\nThe recipients of the data may only be trusted cooperating entities, necessary for the provision of the service:\nDrivers \u2013 receive only the name, phone number, and route (necessary to execute the order);\nAccounting office \u2013 for the purpose of issuing and settling invoices;\nIT service providers \u2013 hosting companies and reservation system providers.\nAll partners are required to maintain confidentiality.\n
\n\n\u00a74. How long do we store data?\nData related to the provision of the service is stored for the limitation period of claims (usually 3 years from the end of the year in which the service was performed).\nData appearing on invoices is stored for 5 years, in accordance with tax law requirements.\n
\n\n\u00a75. Your Rights\nYou have the right to:\nAccess the content of your data and rectify it.\nDelete data (\"right to be forgotten\") or limit its processing (unless this conflicts with a legal obligation, e.g., tax).\nObject to processing.\nLodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) if you believe that the processing violates GDPR regulations.\n
